Steeped in the legend of Aphrodite, Rosemary has long been held a sacred herb. It has a woody and fragrant aroma and when mixed with Lemon it is uplifting and invigorating. Shakespeare once said rosemary can improve your memory and indeed researchers have found that essential oil from the herb when sniffed does enable people to remember to do things so its a perfect way to start the day.
