Our beautiful Gins are made with high quality herbs and botanicals, many grown here in the historic village of Lacock. We use hand-picked herbs including a selection from the Lacock Abbey botanic garden. Everything is popped into a traditional copper still and carefully distilled to produce a very special gin with delicate herbal notes. Then we hand bottle, label and wax each one.
