THE BLEND
A traditional white tea infusion built upon Pai Mu Tan—minimally processed to retain its natural antioxidants and gentle character. This apothecary-style blend is enriched with elderberry, aronia, and blackcurrant, long valued in herbal practice for their deeply pigmented skins and restorative properties. The result is a refined fruit and botanical tea, both delicate and quietly potent.
AROMA & TASTE
Light floral notes softened with rounded berry depth. A clean, slightly sweet infusion with a fresh, gently drying finish.
IN THE CUP
A clear, deep champagne liquor with soft rose undertones.
BREWING
Use fresh water cooled to 75–80°C. Infuse for 2–3 minutes to preserve the delicate white tea leaves.
TO SERVE
Drink as a pure infusion, or allow to cool slightly for a softer, more rounded expression.
STORAGE
Keep in an airtight apothecary jar or tin. Store away from light, heat, and strong aromas.
