DELIVERY - UK STANDARD

We make every effort to despatch orders within 7 days. Please note: we make most of our products by hand so we may not always be fully stocked. If an item is out of stock we normally call you to give you the opportunity to replace the item. We have a charge for standard delivery of £4.95 for orders under 1 kilo. For orders over 2 kilo the charge is £10. For orders over £250, delivery is free of charge. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail post for packages under 1kg and the Royal Mail Standard Parcel service for heavier items. Please allow up to 7 days for all items.
